SpinSite History

History SpinSite was founded by Ed Hoskins and David Neff in 2002. The company headquarters are in Scotts Valley, California, about an hour south of San Francisco.
Philosophy The company’s goal is to provide a simple website solution for people who want affordable, easy to build websites that require no complicated software. A complete website can be created in less than a day with any Internet enabled computer using SpinSite’s online website builder.
Principals Ed Hoskins is the CEO of SpinSite. He co-founded the company with David Neff in 2002. Ed has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, development, and programming. He has previously played key roles at technology companies such as The Learning Company, Borland International, and dBASE Inc. Ed’s vision is to continue SpinSite’s growth as an industry leader of do-it-yourself websites.
David Neff is the CTO of SpinSite. He has been designing database-driven software for the past 10 years. David grew up in Southern California, and previously worked at Borland, a software development company, where he met Ed. He currently works from the Mission Viejo, CA office. |
