Other Questions: I can receive email, but I cannot send email. Why?
If you have configured your email client correctly and are able to receive email but not send, it may be that your ISP requires you to use their SMTP server.

SMTP is the outgoing mail protocol used by SpinSite and most other companies. To prevent excessive SPAM mail, many ISP (Internet Service Providers) require their customers to send email through thier SMTP servers. If this is the case, simply change your outgoing mail server (SMTP) from mail.spinsite.com to the SMTP server provided by your ISP. You will need to contact your ISP to get their SMTP server name.
