If you just created your site then you're accessing it via the temporary URL. Your address may look something like: HTTP://my.spinsite.com/MySite

The important thing to know about the temporary URL is that the last part (MySite) is case sensitive. Check the confirmation email sent you you, it should have the correct URL link. If you are using your own Domain Name then the case doesn't matter.
